I joined one of the spotlight communities, 100 Snapshots.  It is a great idea for a community.  Take photos based on a list of 100 words.  I gave up the idea of using the 35mm camera for this, and whipped out the digital.  Taking pictures from a list of words is just stirring up all kinds of ideas.  My photography hobby has been languishing lately, and taking the pictures for this challenge has given my tons of new ideas.  Of course, playing on the 100 snapshots community has somewhat hampered my goal of getting some work done today.  I've finally posted my third group of photos for the day (the community limit is 3 a day) and now I can stop stalling and get to work.  I have most of my next chapter planned in my head, it is just getting it on to the "page" which is slowing me down. 

I can't believe how fast 5 minutes of journaling goes by.  Since I've discovered how simple it is, maybe I'll do better with my journal.  If I keep it more current, perhaps I'll be able to discuss a wider variety of topics, rather than just my self absorbed topics!
