Saturday's trip.
Jan. 13th, 2008 12:36 pmYou're probably asking, why is she using her Seattle Seahawk icon when they were trounced so thoroughly by the Packers yesterday? Well, I'm loyal, that's why!
Rochester and I went into town yesterday (12 January) to pick up dinner (Indian take out), and it was a much more relaxed trip than the previous one. Of course, I took my camera with me.

When we got to the parking lot of the restaurant, I thought I might snap a picture of what Rochester looks like in the back of my hubby's car.

I used the picture in which a bit of me is visible for perspective. Yes, my dog's head is larger than mine!
When we were almost home, I found some more swans.
Actually, they are in the same field as the earlier post.
Also, some of you know we are having a new garage built since our previous one had a bit of an incident. I am going to be photo documenting the progress, but there hasn't been any for two weeks. Our contractor is having a family crisis, so it may be awhile before we get going on it. But, with all the rain we've had I took this picture of the where the garage will be located.
Look, it is going to have a moat!

We are having a glorious day here today (the garage picture was taken today), the sun is out and clouds are moving around. A perfect day to take some of the series type pictures in my earlier posts.
rosie55, the originator of the idea has started a community for posting these types of sequential photos of the same view, it is
scene_again, check it out. It's a great thing to do. That view you see everyday, the one from your front or back door, on the way to work, on your main street, changes more than you think. I was astounded when I started taking these photos at how quickly and dramatically the view changes. I encourage anyone who is interested in this idea to try it. It will give you a new appreciation of the everyday world around you.
I also started a community awhile ago,
dog_cat_pics, as the name suggests it is for photos of dogs and cats who get along well enough to be photographed together. Currently it is filled with photos of Rochester and his cat buddies. If you have a dog and cat who get along, feel free to post the cute pictures of them!
