That's right, it's once again my favorite time of year, eagle season!!! My obsession has once again been engaged.  For now, this is the only one in the area, but I'm sure his compadres will soon join him!

I've been very busy not getting anything done lately.  I've voted (we vote by mail) and that is about the extent of my productive activity.  I had so many things I wanted to accomplish before NaNoWriMo starts.  So many, in fact, that I accomplished absolutely none of them.
I was going to at least complete the tagging of the 2007 entries over at 100_snapshots .  Did I? No.
I was going to finish off my current fan fiction. Did I? No.
I was going to get the house cleaned. Did I? No.
I was going to get caught up on my LJ-ing. ...I think you know the answer to this one.
What has prevented me from getting all these things done?  Nothing, and that's the worst part.  I've just been sitting in front of the television as soon as the hubby leaves for work and watch hour after hour of inanity. Obviously I've overextended my to-do list to the point where it wasn't realistic, so I just didn't worry about it.

If I've missed a major event in your life, I'm really sorry.  I'm sure once I start NaNo-ing, I'll be needing some distraction (other than a 105 pound puppy who thinks he's a lap dog) and will be keeping up with my flist.  Well, that's my intention anyway.  We'll see.
