It's been well over a month since we canceled our newspaper subscription, and I don't miss it. I don't remember how long ago the BH, our local paper, changed hands, but when it did, the paper became useless.
There must be a total of maybe 5 local reporters now. All their sports articles are word for word the AP articles I can read from various sources online.
Their editorial page is a joke, they seem to believe if they never take a stand on anything they'll never offend anyone. When they do take a stand on anything, it is such an obvious issue, one which fairly few, if any, people would disagree it is a joke. They support issues like, school is good for children. Air is good to breathe, that sort of thing.
However, I do miss my Sunday store advertisements, but heck, even most of them are online as well.
